I have provided my favorite restaurants at the end, and they are not all in Louisville. It really just depends on my mood. Sometimes I like quiet and romantic, sometimes I want to look out the window and see a street full of people, and then there are those days that I want to take a ride through the country side and eat at a restaurant that has orchards and farm animals all around it!

- THUNDER OVER LOUISVILLE! - ANOTHER MUST SEE IN PERSON EVENT. It is known as the nation's largest annual fireworks show. I feel so very fortunate to live here and be able to participate in Thunder Over Louisville, Two Weeks Of Celebrating, & Then Going To Churchill Downs For The Derby!

- Vincenzos Italian Restaurant - Supurb dining experience! Located in downtown Louisville.
- Martini Italian Bistro - Positively Perfect! Located in The Summit Shopping Center.
- Buca di Beppo - Wonderful and yummy! Located on Hurstbourne Lane.

- Mitchell's Fish Market - I love seafood and I love Mitchells! Located in The Summit Shopping Center.
- Mike Linnigs - Great place to take the family, very children friendly! Located on Cane Run Rd. in a shady grove along the Ohio River.
- King Fish - Great family restaurant and a good fish sandwich too. Various locations throughout Louisville, but you have to visit the location off of Zorn Ave. overlooking the Ohio River.

I LOVE TRUE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD AND I DO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. AKUMAL MEXICO IS MY FAVORITE VACATION SPOT OF NEARLY 15 YEARS.
- The Mayan Cafe - Excellent food, staff, service! Located on East Market Street in downtown Louisville.
- El Nopal - Been many times and have never had a bad meal or bad experience. Great place to take the family! Various locations throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana.
- El Mundo - OMgoodness!!! Buyer clients introduced me to Mundo and I am so glad they did. Excellent authentic mexican food. Located on Frankfort Ave.

- Lynn's Paradise Cafe - A wow experience visually and the food is terrific too! Great place to take the family! Located on Barret Ave. in Louisville's historic Highlands area.
- Mark's Feedstore - Great barbecue! Very family friendly restaurant. Various locations throughout Louisville.
- Jucy's Barbecue - Great barbecue! Very family friendly restaurant. Located on LaGrange Rd.
- Our Best Restaurant - Wonderful country cooking that would have brought a smile to my Grandma's face! Various locations but you must visit the Smithfield location.
- Joe Hubers Family Farm and Restaurant - Excellent country cooking, biscuits to die for, you pick seasonal orchards, a winery, a gift shop, walking trails, horse and carriage rides and a rural country setting. What more could you possibly want. The perfect place to escape with the family and just make a day of it. Oh, did I mention the fried chicken? It's too good! Located in Starlight Indiana and you better believe it is worth the drive!
- J. Harrod's Restaurant and Bar - A home cooked meal that is the real deal. The best chicken livers in the world! Located on River Rd. in Prospect KY.
- Miss Patti's Restaurant - I drive 3.5 hours to eat at this restaurant, one way! The best of everything is here but you absolutely must try the pork chop. It will melt in your mouth! Click on the link to see why this is my favorite place to eat. Located in Grand Rivers Kentucky/Western Kentucky on J H O'Bryan Avenue. I don't know too many people that would drive 7 hours total to eat dinner, but I will! Great shopping too!
