Theresa's Corner
Hi there! My name is Theresa Weed, REALTOR® and Top Producer with Semonin REALTORS®. If you are visiting my website, chances are that you are thinking about buying or selling a home. When we meet you will be sharing personal information with me. At the very least, I feel that I should also share a little bit of my corner of world, with you.
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Rick, nearly 28 years. We have one child, Eric, a beautiful daughter-in-law, Christy, and 3 wonderful grandchildren: Jordan, Braxton and Baileigh. My family is the love of my life. I enjoy spending time with them in flower beds, the garden, cooking, fishing in our stocked pond, reading or just snuggling with any or all of them while watching a good movie. Although highly successful as a Top Producing REALTOR®, at the end of the day it is a blessing and privilege to walk through the door and receive a hug and kiss from my husband and best friend, or hear the squeals of my grandchildren who call me Nannie.
Since beginning my real estate career, I have consistently received numerous awards and accolades from my peers. I credit much of my success to my husband, Rick. He is a wonderful husband, a fantastic father, and an adoring Grandpa. Without his support and encouragement, I could not have achieved the level of success that I have. I work long hours and he is extremely understanding. He has been known to pack up the weed-eater and trim around my real estate signs!
Last but certainly not least, I have to thank Semonin REALTORS® for providing me and my clients with the outstanding tools that we need to succeed and reach our goals. I embrace furthering my real estate education, technology, tools, and gadgets that will help me to operate more efficiently and effectively. These tools and additional education aid me tremendously in bringing more buyers and sellers together. Semonin shares this love of technology and continuing education. Semonin's commitment to their sales associates, staff and my clients is unsurpassed. It is a wonderful asset to be able to walk into any of our offices and conduct business. I attended the University of Louisville and graduated from Watterson College. I
have extensive experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. This
experience is put to the test on a daily basis as a REALTOR®.
My background has provided me with an envied knowledge of the entire Bluegrass area including the counties of: Bullitt, Hardin, Jefferson, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, and Spencer.
