I had such a wonderful experience with one of your real estate agents, Theresa
Weed, I just had to let you know. She was a pleasure to work with! Theresa
represented the seller and I represented the buyer. The property went under
contract December 1, 2005 and we finally closed August 9, 2006. Throughout
this time period, there were numerous issues with the property, buyers
and sellers. Theresa was so accommodating, thorough, easy to work with

conversations in attempts to keep the transaction together and keep all
