I will meet with you to learn your motivation for selling, learn everything that I can about your property, provide you with an in depth market analysis including market trends, and develop a marketing strategy that will enhance your selling experience. I will handle the advertising, field the inquiries, schedule showings, follow up after showings and communicate with you the feedback from each showing. I will screen potential buyers. On receipt of any offer to purchase, I will use my strong negotiating skills to help you maximize your equity.
